The Easiest, Most Delicious Veggies Ever
Cut 1 lb of Brussels sprouts in half and spread on a cookie sheet
Cut in cubes 1 lb of yams and add to the Brussels spouts
Douse with a liberal helping of good quality olive oil, salt and pepper. Sometimes I put some fresh thyme in there too
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes and devour.
Even the kids will eat it.
