Potato Latkes

3 lbs russet potatoes
1 large onion
2 large eggs
3t tblsp flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp baking powder

Shred potatoes and onion in food processor. Add rest of ingredients and blend. Form into flattened ovals and fry over medium/high heat. Serve with homemade apple sauce or sour cream
