Transportation fit for the President, scalable to 1600 guests.

The Key Events Team worked nonstop to produce one of the most spectacular events the client had ever hosted. One of the biggest hallmarks that Key proudly represents is the ability to be flexible. Prior to the event, the group of 1,600 needed to be transported from the Marriott Hotel to their event destination at the Exploratorium. Typically, this would be a relatively simple task for our team. Upon planning the transportation route, Key received news that President Obama would be in town on the same date. This provided two immense obstacles: road closures and citywide heightened security. Luckily, our team of professionals is always ready for the unexpected and was able to work with the SFPD to get our clients to the event on time. The determination of our entire staff on this event alone showcases the emphasis on teamwork and versatility. This event, with delicious food, live entertainment, and whimsical décor, was an achievement and reflection of the Key Events dedication to excellence, under any circumstance.
