Developers Hacking and Networking in Silicon Valley

Gathering the pillars of Tech industry for a branded creative summit

Refreshing Technology Led Event in Silicon Valley Blends Meeting and Networking

Key Events produced DevLab, AT&T’s inaugural technology work shop at the Computer History Museum in Mt View. This was a new event – a hybrid between their annual Developer Summit in Las Vegas and a hackathon. AT&T shared what they were launching to support the developer community at large and encouraged inventive advancement.

From the moment guests arrived at registration to receive their badge, the AT &T / DevLab brand was prominent. Leveraging the brand was important for this first – time event, and we reinforced it throughout the event via creative décor and signage. Opportunities to forge connections with AT &T experts, sponsors and fellow attendees were paramount, so the day included a kick – off networking game programming Sphero balls, a picnic lunch featuring gourmet food trucks, and post event reception with Barbots – robot bar tenders. A separate forum area provided opportunities for attendees to dive deeper with the program’s 8 sponsors.

The day was a home run with over 400 attendees, providing hands – on immersion in AT&T’s API’s and technology. The post event analysis came back with “Exceeded Attendee Expectations,” a fantastic benchmark for next year’s event.

I truly appreciate your willingness and ability to partnerwith us to ensure that our event was executed without a flaw.
