Knocking Another Large Scale Event Out of the Ballpark
After this tech-titan’s event in 2014 had tremendous growth in attendees over the previous year, The Key team was braced for attendee numbers to reach 3,000 or more. So few San Francisco locations can handle events of this size, and our team expertly identified a great space, the home of the World Series Champions for 2010, 2012 and 2014: the Giant’s AT&T Ballpark. The field was transformed by installing two tents with clearly identified themes: lush, sexy dark circus and a playful throwback to the 1980’s. A mobile stage with dueling DJs occupied centerfield in a stunning production with out of the box stage design. We also secured the secret member’s only lounge located behind the scoreboard, the Gotham Club, which featured a whiskey lounge vibe. The décor took inspiration from music festivals and the client’s team, including prominent logo displays and oversized symbols on the field personalized the guest experience. The outstanding evening was completely designed by the creative forces at Key Events and received press coverage from many major news outlets for the over the top evening.
The hashtag celebrate was displayed everywhere, and …employees took it to heart… it looks like a good time was had by all.
