Ground-Up Production of Star Studded Event

Laser precise details and an ease that was felt by guests and partners alike.

Two nights of camping, hospitality, activities and catering in a fully constructed Western town.  

Key Events received a request to create a once-in-a-lifetime event that had the potential to become an incredibly rewarding production experience for all involved, and required contributions from the entire 20-person team to produce. The opportunitywas to build a multi-day celebration for 400 guests around a star entertainer and rawlocation. The Key team snapped into action. After determining a Western theme, the heavy lifting of the event design process could begin.

While the location featured a gorgeous natural landscape and plenty of cattle, the working ranch had no access to electricity, water, or buildings besides an old barn. Every element of every component needed to be brought in to create the event. With a set up that took eight days, and a tear down that took four, Key Events divided into sub-teams to construct a full Western town complete with a Saloon, a General Store, dining arena, concert level staging and production, full service catering tents, ranch games, and two luxurious overnight camping areas. 


I don’t plan on doing any events of this magnitude again without you on board!
