Our clients came to Key Events with one goal: to thank all of the collaborators, retail tenants and the city of San Francisco for supporting the $440 million transformation of the iconic and historic landmark Emporium Building. The planning began before the venue construction was complete. Our team used creativity and flexibility when envisioning the event in this space.
Striving to create a venue launch that would encompass San Francisco’s strong sense of community and involvement, our team suggested that Westfield partner with some of the major performing arts organizations in the Bay Area. We involved various local players,including the Historical Society architects, city departments, arts patrons, retailers.The evening’s headline entertainment included the San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and ACT, along with 150 other entertainers.
Through fluctuating attendee counts and logistical challenges, Key Events launched a fully branded VIP experience showcasing architecture and community like no other!
