- Lean Into Exclusive Venue Experience to Set New Expectations
The KME team converged to curate a new, once-in-a-lifetime experience in San Francisco’s newest premier venue, The Conservatory at One Sansome. Having executed many experiential events since the venues grand opening in spring 2023, we know this space well. Using our experience in the venue, we aimed to maximize every inch to create a transformative experience that emulated the heart of San Francisco. - Space Optimization
With limited venue options, the KME team dove into a thorough analysis of the meeting spaces to design floorplans to maximize engagement during general sessions and provide convenient offices for those working throughout the multi-day program. - BBQ Brilliance
The annual BBQ, a cornerstone of the event, required a shift in flow and overall floorplan to accommodate the growing guest list. Careful consideration of seating arrangements and the addition of a detached, but inclusive reception space needed to be considered to ensure an elevated backyard BBQ experience.

- Hotel Logistics Mastery: KME secured two overflow hotels to accommodate the large guest list and maintained high-level communication to ensure a smooth transition for attendees assigned to different hotels.
